Refund and Returns

Antinol® Plus Orders:

If you change your mind about Antinol® Plus you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us within 14 days of purchase (from the date you received the product) and we will happily refund the original purchase price of that product provided the product and packaging is in its original condition and the product is re-saleable (as determined by Pharma Connect LP in its absolute discretion).

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you received a damaged shipment or faulty product, please email photos of the damaged or faulty product within 7 days of receipt to info@antinol.co.nz. Please include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How do I return a product?

Please note the process outlined above if you wish to return a product because it is damaged or faulty. For all other returns, please email info@antinol.co.nz within 14 days of purchase (from the date you received the product) with your name, contact details, invoice number, product details and reason for return to arrange return of the product.

Any cost incurred by you in returning the product will be borne by you.
Refunds will generally be provided in the same form as your original payment.
